When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

The SAF Shallow Raised Floor Box has been designed to fit into 2 1/2" floor depths and provides two compartments that accommodate a combination of power, communication and audio/ video devices. The SAF21/2 can accommodate two duplex receptacles on one side and up to six communication devices on the other side. The power and communication compartments can only be used for designated services. Four 1/2" trade size KOs are in the sides of the box to feed the power devices. The hinged polycarbonate lid and trim flange for carpet or tileare available in black, brown, or gray. Two duplex receptacle power plates are supplied with each box. Receptacles not included. Three blank communication plates are included with each box. Box includes a communication compartment cover plate for use in air handling spaces. SAF21/2 Box will accept up to two SG2 Power Plates, and up to three SGC2 Communication Plates. Consult factory for custom plates.
