When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. Tripp Lite's B130-101-2 allows you to extend a 1920 x 1440 (60Hz) video signal up to 500 ft., or a 1024 x 768 (60Hz) video signal up to 1,000 ft., when using 24Awg, Solid Wire Cat5e/6 cable, such as Tripp Lite's N022-01K-GY (Cat5) and N222-01K-GY (Cat6). The range and number of monitors can be further expanded by adding B132-110 repeater units. Connect up to 3 repeaters, with the B130-101-2 receiver at the end of the chain, for a total of 4 monitors. A 1920 x 1440 (60Hz) signal can be extended up to 500 ft. from the first repeater in the chain to the last receiver. A 1024 x 768 (60Hz) signal can be extended up to 1,000 ft. from the first repeater in the chain to the last receiver. For optimal image quality between 500 and 1,000 ft., use Zero-Skew cable, such as Tripp Lite P524-01K. The transmitter unit features functionality that allows for the EDID information from a connected display to be copied and sent to the connected computer, providing optimal compatibility. The remote (Receiver) unit features built-in Equalization and Gain controls to adjust the video image. Includes mounting hardware for both local and remote units, allowing them to be wallmounted, rackmounted or pole mounted. Ideal for digital signage situations, such as retail, schools, churches, etc.
