Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?
You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

Tripp Lite's 10-meter ( 33 ft. ) USB 2.0 active extension cable is a bus powered extension cable that can be used to increase the length of a device cable without the worry of signal loss and potential performance problems. USB limits a cable's length to 16ft. Any length above 16 feet requires the use of an active cable such as this one. This cable has a signal booster built in. The overall cable length can be extended up to 131ft by daisy chaining up to 4 of these active cables. The cable must be plugged directly into a USB port (either on the PC or a hub). Use a standard 6' 10' or 15' USB A-B cable to reach the desired distance. The U026-10M provides up to 150mA of power to the connected device. If your device requires more than 150mA of power, it will either need to have its own power supply; or, to be plugged into a powered USB 2.0 hub (such as U222-004-R) that is connected to the U026-10M.
