Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. Increase or Decrease the Depth of Your Server Rack by 4 in.This SmartRack® rail-depth adapter kit lets you mount rack equipment so that it either extends four inches (10.2 centimeters) past the front vertical mounting rails or recesses four inches within the rails. This would benefit you, for instance, if you mounted extra-deep equipment that protruded out the front of the rack and prevented you from closing the door. Or it can allow you easier access to front cabling and help cut down on cable strain.
Easy Installation Using the Included HardwareThe SRRAILDPTH2U comes with two steel mounting brackets made from heavy-duty steel with a black powder-coated finish to mesh seamlessly with your rack. Connect the 2U extension brackets to the front rails using the included hardware. Position the brackets outside the rails to increase rack depth or inside the rails to decrease rack depth. Then mount the equipment to the brackets. The SRRAILDPTH2U is compatible with EIA-standard 19-inch open frame racks and enclosures.
