Backup time varies according to load, but this line-interactive UPS system can keep an energy-efficient desktop computer with small LCD monitor powered as long as 88 minutes. During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the replaceable internal battery fully charged, so backup power is always available.

Rated to 316 joules, this UPS system protects equipment connected to the outlets and RJ45 jacks (1 in/1 out) from the harmful effects of power surges that can occur over AC and telephone/network lines. The RJ45 jacks are not compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications.
