When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. The SUPDMBP6K works with the SmartOnline® SU5000RT, SU5000RTF, SU6000RT and SU6000RTF UPS systems (it comes included with the SU5000RTMB, SU6000RTMB, SU5000RTFMB and SU6000RTFMB). The bypass switch transfers the load to utility power in case of an overload or internal fault in the UPS. This allows you to service or replace the UPS without powering down any connected equipment or risking costly downtime. Two NEMA L6-20R and two NEMA L6-30R dongle outlets allow load connection. The SUPDMBP6K supports 0U mounting to save space and increase airflow in a crowded rack enclosure. AC input connection options include a terminal block for hardwire input/output or use of a NEMA L6-30P cord (10-foot cord included with compatible UPS models).
