When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?
You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

Our Desktop Open Frame 2 Post rack is an efficient way to rack mount shallow equipment while taking up little space. Available in 8U and 12U, mount shallow EIA 19" equipment, such as switches, patch panels, small office equipment, and audio/visual equipment. The desktop server rack open frame allows beneficial ventilation and easy access to mounted hardware for maintenance. The two uprights on the desktop rack include universal square holes for universal mountings. The desktop open frame rack is constructed of 14 gauge steel with a weight capacity of 150lbs. Our free standing desk top rack is made in the USA and has rubber feet under each upright to restrict movement of your network rack. Included assembly hardware is 20 screws and 20 cage nuts, 12-24 threads and is flat-packed with the rack, saving in shipping costs.
