MSI collaborated with Romanian concept artist Paul Cheptea to create the cyberpunk-style concept character "C15". Specialized in sci-fi and cyberpunk-themed artwork creation, Paul's works are heavily inspired by Blade Runner and Dune, and he has participated in the production of well-known games such as Battlefield series. The wild, beautiful imagination and vision he has on cyberpunk-style arts are a perfect match to Cyborg 15. "C15" is the exact incarnation of Cyborg 15: A sleek-shaped, mechanized body with full capabilities.

In year 2045, A.I. robots and cybernetic technologies have evolved to an unprecedented level. As they become more self-aware, human and robots are divided into forces against each other. A young man codenamed "C15", who works for a human authority's special force against robots, undertook cybernetic augmentations and become a cyborg. As augmentations gets heavier, he started to feel the central commander and leader of AI robots, seems to be summoning him, and oddly it feels no stranger to him... Man or machine? C15 chose to leave the special force, and took on a path to find out
