When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

The Vertiv Liebert POD PD2-202 is a power output distribution (POD) unit with built-in maintenance bypass feature. Designed for the GXT4 8-10kVA & GXT5 16-20kVA uninterruptible power supply (UPS) models, it is a POD that allows you to conduct UPS maintenance or replacements without power interruption to the connected load. It also automatically transfers the current from the UPS to the original power source in cases of UPS failures, saving your equipment from unnecessary downtimes and ensuring continuous uptime for your system. The PD2-202 is a plug-and-play unit that will replace the existing POD box on your UPS. It has twelve (12) IEC320-C13 output connectors and is equipped with a Hardwire 3W + G(L-L-N-G) input connector. It also has circuit breakers and supports a max current of 63A.
