Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. The Lenovo zero-U (0U) Basic and Switched and Monitored power distribution units (PDUs) are the ideal solutions when you need flexible, reliable, easy-to-deploy power distribution with branch circuit protection to minimize downtime. These rack-dense units distribute power to up to 48 outlets and 42 outlets. 0U PDUs are designed to be installed vertically in the rear channel of a Lenovo rack, thereby not consuming any horizontal rack space that otherwise be used by servers, storage and network switches (hence the term 0U).

The 0U Basic and Switched and Monitored PDU offerings can minimize this impact, providing the ability to quickly recover with resettable circuit breakers for each designated bank of receptacles, referred to as load groups. Breakers are color coded to the receptacles in a particular load group to aid in configuration, installation, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Basic PDUs offer a costeffective option to users who do not require intelligence. The Switched and Monitored PDUs also offer individual outlet remote monitoring and switching (on/off), which allow for remote power sequencing and further helping to prevent unintended PDU overloading.
