When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

The FC-132ETH is an advanced Ethernet control gateway and serial communication matrix, capable of plug and play deployment over a customer Ethernet LAN. Serving as an advanced serial communication matrix, the FC-132ETH has 32 RS-232 and one RS-232/RS-485 output ports. Serial communication data is switchable to one or more of the eight RS-232 input ports. This can be done according to local control of panel buttons or RS-232 control port, or remote control via Ethernet port control protocol or web-page browsing. Depending on matrix routing, one-to-one bidirectional or one-to-many unidirectional serial switched communication is supported. Serving as a control gateway, FC-132ETH is capable of remote bidirectional control of customer-controlled devices serially connected to its 32 RS-232 and one RS-232/RS-485 input ports. Multiple control clients can be IP-connected to the FC-132ETH control gateway for concurrent control of two RS-232 or RS-485 controllable devices, such as AV scalers, video displays, and audio amplifiers.
