When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

HP designed the C6119A bulk ink delivery system for high-volume applications that require high-quality results, low cost per print, and infrequent ink supply intervention. This system consists of a print cartridge and a water-resistant black ink supply, connected by a tube. It is designed to print 600 dots per inch in applications where high-quality output on porous media is required. Non-contact, drop-on-demand inkjet technology delivers reliable, quiet printing. Integrated Driver Head (IDH) technology coordinates individual nozzles through a multiplexing scheme that fires all 300 nozzles through 52 interconnect pads. The print cartridge can be snapped in and out for easy replacement, while the high-capacity bulk ink delivery system makes those replacements less frequent. The print cartridge has a thermal sense resistor, which measures temperature, and enables thermal management and burnout protection for the printhead.
