The standard 1-year limited warranty for your product is Next Business Day, Whole Unit Exchange. The Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day Whole Unit Exchange option offers an economically priced extended service plan, covering your product with the same features as the original limited warranty. This Extended Service Plan features a whole unit exchange replacement shipped via priority service1 to quickly get your product back up running.

Plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty. This plan provides 4-years Next Business Day, Whole Unit Exchange per the terms and conditions of the plan. You may purchase one (1) Plan so long as coverage for a single serial number does not exceed five (5) years from the initial Product purchase date.
