When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

Eaton® T2235 Series Automatic Transfer Switches (eATS) are Enclosure Power Distribution Units (ePDU®) that provide distribution of primary power to controlled devices. They are specially designed for switching non-phase synchronized AC power sources. The intelligent circuitry in a T2235 Series eATS ePDU monitors both primary and secondary power inputs. If there is a problem with the primary power source, the eATS ePDU automatically transfers to the secondary power source. As soon as problems with the primary source are resolved, the eATS ePDU switches power back from the secondary to the primary source.The T2235 Series eATS ePDU systems are all designed to operate at an input voltage range of 100-240V (12A, 16A, or 24A). All T2235 Series eATS ePDUs are single-phase models that operate at a frequency of 50/60 Hz.
