Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax. A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Is there a deductible?
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
What happens if my product breaks?

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. The VS1828KIT is a kit that includes 1 splitter and 8 receivers, distributing an HDMI source at up to 4K @ 30 Hz (4:4:4) to 8 displays up to 40m away via a single Cat 6 cable. The system also supports lossless digital audio formats such as LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus & DTS-HD Master Audio. Only one power adapter for the splitter is needed as a result of the receivers being powered by the splitter thanks to the Power over Cable (PoC) functionality, which also helps avoid cluttered cable installation. An HDMI local output port is built on the splitter for content monitoring or cascading purposes. Moreover, the splitter contains a user-adjustable EDID switch, enabling users to configure the output video resolutions and audio capabilities for seamless integration across the system. The receiver's ultra lightweight, palm-sized enclosure ensures flexible installation including mounting and placement in tight spaces.
The kit comes with 1 IR blaster cable for the splitter and 8 IR receiver cables for receivers, allowing users to remotely control the source device from the receiver side. With plug-and-play operation, no software is required, enabling easy, immediate installation.
