Highlights
We have partnered with our friends over at Consumer Priority Service to offer extended warranties for most of our products! Simply add the extended warranty on the applicable item right next to where you would add the item to cart!
No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.
A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:
If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.
Send us a message and we will come back to you. Everything goes to the same customer service team as customerservice@colamco.com.

In stock. The units are on the shelf and ship on the next open shipment slot. The buy box shows the live order-by countdown for that slot.
Limited stock. 20 or fewer units were on the shelf at the last count. It ships the same way as in stock while the count holds, and the buy box states the count and when it was taken.
Backorder. None are on the shelf right now. You can order it, and it ships as soon as it is back in stock.
Special order. The item ships direct from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled once ordered. These typically ship in 1-12 weeks.
Unavailable. The item cannot be ordered at present. Ask us about it and we will tell you whether it is coming back or name the closest replacement.
Counts come from our inventory system, not from an estimate. A reading older than a day says when it was counted rather than presenting itself as current, and one older than a week is not shown at all. Use Check again in the buy box for a live count.

An optional Consumer Priority Service plan, added only if you want it.

Estimates use your ZIP code and shipping method; final amounts are confirmed at checkout.
Enter part numbers with a quantity. COLAMCO part #, manufacturer part # and UPC all work. Pasting a whole list into a part-number box splits it into rows, and so does importing a .csv or .txt file — one part number per line, with an optional quantity after a comma, like 180091, 2.
