SEWP VI Delivery Team

To support the unique service requirements of the SEWP VI contract, COLAMCO brings a seasoned organizational structure to the federal IT environment to facilitate close alignment with the agency(s) program staff. This approach promotes clear channels of communication, flexibility, agility, and scalability in support of the end client.
Our executive leadership team is fully engaged and invested in the success of the SEWP VI requirements and will make all required resources available to support the mission.


Sean Sallins	Mr. Sean Salins, COLAMCO Executive Vice President, is our executive contract sponsor. A 25-year industry veteran of the ITC/AV Hardware Industry, Sean brings a host of experience and industry knowledge of the Federal market to our SEWP Delivery Organization.
Juan Saldarriaga	Mr. Juan Saldarriaga COLAMCO's founder and owner. Mr. Saldarriaga has been a member of the National Minority Supplier Council for over 25 years. He will address all issues requiring attention and resolution and will leverage all management technical and operational resources of the COLAMCO team and our partners.
James Tivy	Mr. James Tivy, COLAMCO's Chief Financial Officer will oversee the finance function for the program and will align our Financial Resources with Program Requirements.
Wayne Battle	Mr. Wayne Battle specializes in providing pricing and technical solutions for a broad spectrum of federal customers. He manages operations improvement teams, introducing innovative methods and solutions resulting in substantial operational enhancements and cost savings. In support of this work, he holds numerous OEM certifications.
Juan Herrera	Mr. Juan Herrera has more than 20 years of IT experience, focused on hardware support and software development. He started his career building and supporting PCs, servers, and turn-key rack solutions and then turned his focus to software development. Mr. Herrera currently manages the IT infrastructure and software development teams at COLAMCO where he designs, builds, and supports software solutions.
Frank Kish	Mr. Frank Kish our Business Development Lead oversees the SEWP VI Business Development Team. A former LMC Director with 20+ years' experience he has responsibility for client relations and leading-edge IT solutions to applicable federal agencies to improve process performance.
Mia Jardin	Ms. Mia Jardin is a seasoned and respected COLAMCO Account Executive focused on federal programs. Her 23 years supporting the client compute space coupled with her background working for Compaq Computer and HP Inc. offers a unique perspective to federal agencies. She is also the prime management contact for our NASA NEST program support.
Alex Khalil	Mr. Alex Khalil manages Business Development of Alliance Partnerships. He leads vendor strategies, marketing initiatives, and new business acquisitions bringing more than 16 years of IT Channel Experience to the SEWP VI environment.
Gwen Medieros	Ms. Gwen Medieros leads contracts administration for COLAMCO. Ms. Medieros will oversee all aspects of contract administration including negotiation acceptance and service delivery of IDIQ tasks for SEWP VI. Ms. Medieros has been a part of COLAMCO's contract administration organization since 2022.
Brad Eno	Mr. Brad Eno oversees the SEWP VI IDIQ and Surge Management Team. A former Lockheed Martin Director with 30+ years' experience his background includes having similar responsibilities while serving as Program Director for the US Army Corps of Engineers ACE-IT program a $1.2B effort.
